Breast cancer risk from hormone replacement therapy (HRT) confirmed.

An 11 year follow-up of participants in the Women's Health Initiative has demonstrated that women who took hormone replacment therapy are more likely to develop cancer and the cancers detected in these women are more likely to be more advanced (node positive).  Deaths due to breast cancer were also elevated in these women.
